     I own a condo at the Dawn (7000 Seawall) Does anyone have any info, pics?

    A friend of mine owns a 1br/1ba and she said that most of the condos fared well.  She said that her condo is "perfect" on the inside and they have power, sewer and water.  They are still waiting for land lines, cable and internet.  It is ready to rent!

    The Dawn Condos are nearly perfect.  The pool is in the process of being cleaned and there was a crew cleaning up the property when I was there on Thursday.  Yesterday (9/27) it looked like nothing had ever happened (except the pool is empty).  My parents rented a unit on the ground floor on the seawall and it was perfect.  There was maybe a few shingles gone on some buildings and some of the ground units in the back buildings may have had some minor damage.  If you don't mind weeding through  the unrelated photos of the drive in and out and my parents' house, there are several photos of the Dawn in the middle of this slideshow.  They are from Thursday 9/25.
