Was there suppossed to be a folder dedicated to our photos (like Dixie's sport page) or is it just gonna be a thread?

 So if someone want to post "photos", it's to be posted in Media instead of the forums??

Well, you can certainly post a photo in the forum.  But the media section is better accommodating, allowing people to view large, download, share, comment, etc

Lurker - just logged in with my test account and uploaded a photo in media section fine.  I BET I KNOW WHAT YOU DID:  once you select the image you want to upload, YOU MUST enter a title for the image, then save.  If you don't upload a title, nothing will happen.

 I went to the media section and posted a picture, just to try it out.  No probblems here.  I had to post a picture of my tiller cuz I am at work and dont have many pictures with me.  Why do I have a picture of my tiller with me at work, well thats another story.  She's a beauty huh?

 I give up. I'll just post links to my pix.

 Lurker are you trying to link a URL or actually upload a pic from your computer, you have the option to do either.

 I seldom ever comment on your photos, but truth be known it is sometimes the very thing that brings me to the forum, just to see whats new with your galveston photos thread.  I especially enjoy the beach bimbos, lol !!

Well, sure there's a size limit.  I don't know off the top of my head, but yes - it can't be a huge file.  A regular old, medium sized jpg is fine.  Anything big?  Rejection's a sad thing. :)

 I'll just post links to my photos in zenfolio or Flickr. That way, anyone who wants to can download and print the full size hi def file.

There is bound to be a size limit for uploading a file, otherwise the server will get bogged down pretty quick. 

I think you should stick to posting your links like always, lurker.  The images will be higher def, and you shouldn't be restricted as to where you post the links.  Or it wouldn't seem that you would have a problem.

So, who needs to upload anyway? Put 'em where you want 'em by posting the links. And they can't stop you from deleting 'em either. Just move 'em or delete 'em from your site. Break the link and the shot is gone.
