Hey guys and gals, we are coming tomorrow to look at places and we are bringing our little nuggets. (nuggets = chihuahuas) Anyone know off the top of your head which hotel (least expensive) will let us bring them? Thanks again, ya'll are the best!

The latest one we tried, across from Stewart Beach, is one of the newest Comfort Inn and Suites.  We used to go to the La Quinta Inn and Suites clear down at the other end for about the same price, but they raised their rates quite a bit, not just on weekends, but all the time.  Very disappointing. The Comfort I & S is comfortable, has an okay breakfast and the staff seem nice and helpful.  They do charge for computer use (the one in the lobby).  The Best Western we stayed at in Port Aransas with our little furpants offered free computer use to all the guests.  ONE THING:  I had a little bit of a hard time finding places to walk our baby.  Also, online they mention a $25.00 nonrefundable deposit if you bring a pet.  That's incorrect.  We either paid $35 or $50--can't remember which, but I'm sure you can call the hotel and get the correct fee.
