A weak cool front over north Texas is expected to drift southward to near the coast by Monday. If this happens, our chances for rain on Monday or Tuesday will be fairly decent. If the front stalls to the north, then we will be less likely to  end the month on a wet note. While shower activitA weak cool front over north Texas is expected to drift y has been fairly widespread over Texas the past couple of days, most of the rainfall has been off to our north and east. Without the front, to provide an extra "lift" along the coast, then we will continue to miss out on most of the thunderstorm activity across the state.
