The reason for producing this event is to collect needed donations of emergency supplies and money that will be used to help local Southeast Texas families with their storm re-building efforts.
100% of emergency aid supplies collected at the admission gates will go to local hurricane victims by way of the Beaumont Salvation Army. All sponsor money, general donations and vendor fees will be accepted in check form ONLY and must be made out to the Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund. The Trustees of the account will see the money gets to local families affected by the storm.
Admission - CASH will not buy entry into the event. Only a donation of one of the following will be accepted: 4 cans food, 4 jars baby food, 2 lbs. dried rice or beans, hygiene items, BLANKETS or unwrapped Christmas toys. The week of the “party” (Nov. 10 – 15th ), people can bring good furniture to the Beaumont Salvation Army in exchange for admission passes.
Lineup of bands according to stage schedule: Rockin’ Horse, Mean Jean Kelton, Driven, AC/DC tribute band AH/DH, Autovenom, Knotch, Cheap Whiskey, South Wind, Big Red & the Zydeco Playmakers and the Circuit Breakers. Show will end promptly at 10 PM.
