Service was slow and my "Islander" came with raw vegtables that apparently were tossed on top of the eggs after they were taken off the grille. I have heard some good things lately, and have been meaning to go back, but there are so many other places that made a better first impression.

What a mistake!

The menu was not the one posted online ("yeah, we're working on changing that"), the white wine was served at near room temperature ("I'll just ice it down for you, won't take more than a few minutes") and the service was chatty and intrusive.

Food was acceptable, but indifferent management and poorly-trained waitress were not. I won't be back.

My dining buddies assured me that I should never order a Mexican breakfast anywhere but a Mexican restaurant. I guess what I REALLY wanted was migas! They assured me that their meals were quite fine, and they knew the old Miller's menu.

I agree the interior is very nice and the food is so-so , I guess it might have to be a little bland to keep the old timers that used to hang there happy.. I'm sure they don't want to lose their old customers.
