The Spot on Seawall

We had some friends down from Houston the other day, and for a casual meal we took them to the Spot.   I LOVE the burgers there, usually get a grilled chicken burger, occasionally a "real" burger if I'm feeling adventuresome.  I generally do not prefer onion rings but theirs are so good I always must have some.

This visit I tried the Caribbean salad with grilled chicken and I have a new favorite!  Wow is that tasty! Try imagining a mixture of lettuce, spinach, and spring mix tossed with spicy grilled chicken, fresh mango and strawberries, blue cheese, and walnuts, all drizzled with a slightly-sweet fig vinaigrette.  I am a fan!

I will have to try the Caribbean Salad. I have tried the onion rings and they are awesome.  Big enough for two!
